Carlos E. Roman was the founder,
president and creative force behind the former Zio Productions, Inc. and now
has formed Roman Pictures, Inc., a television and motion picture
production company, based in Alexandria, Virginia. Mr. Roman's
first feature length production, premiered at the
Kennedy Center's American Film Institute (AFI) Theater in 1991.
